How do I get started?
You can contact Rob by phone or email. You then have three options:
- Set a date for your FREE initial consultation.
- Schedule to start the 3 session Special Trial Offer.
- Schedule your nutritional consultation.
Once I begin, am I obligated to continue?
No, you are never under any obligation to continue unless you have actually scheduled a session or sessions.
How/when do I pay?
Payment for single sessions can be made at any time up to and including the end of the session. Payment is taken in advance for session packages. Payment can be accepted in the form of cash, cheque or direct debit.
What if I cancel a session?
You must cancel any scheduled session more than 48 hours in advance or you are responsible to pay fully for that session.
What happens if I am late for a session?
Rob is not obligated to make up time due to a client's lateness. More than 20 minutes lateness constitutes a cancellation and Rob is not obligated to perform the session. In some cases Rob will wait and work with you for the remaining time. But this is solely at his discretion. In either case you will be charged fully for the session.
How often do I need to workout?
This question can only be answered effectively after your initial consultation. It depends upon your current fitness, goals, schedule and budget. You may need to work with Rob three days a week, but only have the time or budget for one or two days a week. In this instance Rob will create a personalized programme that you can perform on your own for the days that you cannot work with him. This of course relies on you putting in the time and effort to implement such a programme.
I can exercise on my own, but I need to know what to do and how to exercise correctly. Will Rob still work with me on this basis?
Yes. Rob will evaluate you, assess your needs, and work with you over a number of sessions to teach you the exercises necessary for you to achieve your goals. You will then be presented with a personalized programme for you to perform on your own. The number of sessions required depends upon your current fitness, how quickly you master the movements and your budget. You can always schedule an additional session or sessions later for a refresher or to develop your programme. Once registered, Rob is always available for follow-up phone or email questions at no additional charge.
How soon will I see results?
There are many variables including your specific starting point, genetics, and metabolism as well as your consistency, commitment and time you are willing to put into training. Your results will mirror the effort you put into your training and diet. Rob can provide programmes that are designed to work very quickly, but involve extremely stringent dieting and training. Generally Rob suggests that, if you are starting from a very low level of fitness, you take it slower at the beginning so you can condition your body gradually to a training programme. You want to be fit and healthy for your lifetime – not just the next few weeks.
I like the sound of workouts at home, but I don't have any equipment. Will I be able to accomplish anything?
Yes. You’ll be amazed by what you can achieve with no equipment. Plus if you wish Rob will introduce you to a range of excellent home equipment, including resistance bands, ankle weights, dumbbells, fit-balls and other easily stored, inexpensive, yet effective items. Remember, the most important ingredient in changing your body is desire, motivation, and commitment.
